Regular Priced Items
Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
All online purchases are subject to a 10% restocking fee on approved returns, excluding items confirmed to be defective.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Made-to-Order & Pre-order
All made-to-order and pre-order products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
Modifications are only accepted if production has not yet started and may incur additional charges.
Production timelines vary depending on the item. Please inquire before placing your order, as cancellations are not accepted once payment has been made.
Pre-order and sold-out items have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 2 weeks. Timelines may extend during the holiday season.
Detailed pre-shipment photos will be provided prior to shipping.
